Resetting the Service Light on an Audi A5

Model: Audi A5 8T8, 8T3, 8T, 8F - Years 2007-2016
Part: Service warning light

Turn on the ignition and use the buttons and joystick next to the gear lever. With these buttons, enter the instrument cluster menu and scroll through the various sections available. Access the service section and press the central button to reach the reset option, then press it again to perform the reset. Turn off the ignition and turn it back on to check that the reset was successful. Note that this operation should only be performed after the regular service (changing filters and oils) to avoid engine damage.
