Replacing the remote battery on an Audi A6, in case it runs out after many years, is very simple. Let's see how to proceed in the attached video tutorial.

To perform the replacement, you need a flathead screwdriver and, of course, a replacement battery, model CR2032. Start by extending the emergency metal key, then insert the tip of the screwdriver into the slot inside the lower ring. Pry and unlock the cover.

Once fully opened, replace the battery, ensuring the correct polarity, and reassemble everything.
