Let's see how to remove the battery from the remote key on an Audi Q5. Take the Audi key and press the button to release the metal key. Once extracted, use a lever to separate the two covers as shown in the video. Remove the worn battery from the housing (after separating the two halves of the covers), take a new one of the same size and voltage.

Install the plastic battery holder in the remote cover, then insert the metal key back into the key cover. Test the Audi key's functionality after replacing the battery.
