In this guide for all of you who own a second-generation Audi Q5, you will learn step by step how to properly replace the key battery. First, remove the top part of the cover by pulling it outward.

Once done, also remove the battery holder and replace the dead battery with a new one of the same type (CR2032). Now that you have replaced the battery, you can reassemble both the battery holder and the top part of the cover that you removed earlier.

Test the key to ensure it functions correctly, and you are done.
