Intake Manifold Gasket Replacement

Model: Audi A6 MK 2, C5 - Years 1997-2004
Part: Engine

In the gasket kit for engine rebuilding, you will find the intake manifold gasket. Once you have thoroughly cleaned the gasket surface on both the manifold and cylinder sides, position the new gasket, aligning it correctly with the intake ports. Then, install the manifold and tighten the mounting bolts to the specified torque using a crisscross pattern, similar to the method used for securing cylinder heads, to ensure even sealing and prevent any leaks that could affect the engine's proper operation.
