To replace the battery in the Audi A3 key fob, press the button to lift the key and use a screwdriver to pry open its housing. Once the screwdriver is inserted, lift the cover on the back of the fob to access the battery underneath. This can then be removed from its housing and replaced with a new part. After replacement, close the fob and lower the key, ensuring everything functions correctly.
