To remove the headrest from the front seat of the Audi Q7, use a tool to pry up the plastic cover located at the end of the seatback, right at the base of the headrest supports. Once the cover is lifted, you can use a screwdriver to release the pins that secure the headrest in its designated slots.

When the piece is freed, it can be extracted by sliding it upward and replaced with a new part, which should be secured with the appropriate pins and cover.
