Replacing the remote battery in the Audi A3, as we can see in this tutorial, is an extremely simple and quick operation. For this, you will need a small flathead screwdriver and a replacement CR2032 battery.

First, extend the emergency key by pressing the designated button, then locate the indicated slot, insert the screwdriver tip into it, and lever it open. Once the rear cover is unlocked, open it completely and proceed to replace the old battery, ensuring the replacement is inserted the right way round.
