In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the front door panel on an Audi A6 Avant, a very simple and quick operation. First, open the door in question.

Then, using a plastic trim tool to avoid leaving marks, pry off the handle trim and remove the screws exposed with a Torx screwdriver. Next, remove the screw located below the window switch console, leverage along the inner slot of the panel, and detach it from the door.

Finally, disconnect both the connector and the lock cable, and install the replacement if necessary.
