To remove the door panel on an Audi A3, start by detaching the cover located just below the armrest, allowing access to the screws underneath. Once these screws are removed, unscrew the screw located at the top left of the panel, just below the window. When all these screws are removed, you can detach the panel by disconnecting all the connectors inside; this will allow you to replace the panel with a new one.
