In this video tutorial, you will see how to repair the heater radiator on an Audi A3 when there are clogging issues, causing the heating to fail and circulation problems with the radiator fluid, preventing the engine from cooling. When this issue occurs in the radiator fluid, it indicates that particles are blocking the radiator's passages. If the passages are blocked, water cannot circulate and warm air does not reach the cabin. To resolve the issue, purchase two fluids (see video) to clean the entire cooling circuit; then, disassemble the entire internal section, including the plenum chamber, under-dash area, and heating pipes, clean the pipes, and install a new heater radiator.
