How to Reset the MMI System on an Audi A3

To reset the "MMI" infotainment system on an Audi A3, go to the main menu of the system. Using the dial on the centre console, navigate to the "Settings" option and press to confirm. Scroll down to "Factory Settings" and press again to confirm. Scroll to "Audi Smartphone Interface" and press to confirm, then notice that the "Restore Factory Settings" option lights up. Select that option and press to confirm, follow the prompts provided by the system, and allow the system to complete the process automatically (the video does not show the entire procedure).
