Disassembling the Multimedia System of the Audi A4

Today's instructions will show you how to disassemble and replace the MMI multimedia system in the Audi A4, following these simple steps. First, open the hood and disconnect the battery; then remove the plastic cover of the multimedia system using the appropriate extraction tools to pull out the unit located under the central air vents, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the display screws to remove it, disconnecting the wiring found on the back; replace and install the new multimedia system!
