Replacing the battery inside the key of your first-generation Audi Q7 is very simple and will only take a few seconds. First, purchase a new button battery that is compatible with your key and ensure you have a flathead screwdriver.

Then, use the screwdriver to remove the back cover and locate the old battery. Finally, remove the old battery and replace it with the new one. Reattach the back cover, and you are finally done.
