In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the front door panel on an Audi A8, a very simple operation. First, pry off the upper trim using a plastic spatula if possible, then unscrew the indicated bolt with a 8mm socket wrench. Next, remove the bolt located below the handle, grasp the panel from the lower edge, and while pulling towards you, begin to separate it from the door. Finally, disconnect both the window switch connector and the lock cable, and install the replacement if necessary by following the reverse procedure.
