In this tutorial, see how to replace the gear knob in the Audi A3, a very simple and quick operation. First, go inside the cabin, then using a flat screwdriver or preferably a plastic spatula, unclip the base of the gear lever. Next, detach the clip at the base of the knob, grasp it, and pull it upwards with force to separate it from the shaft. Finally, transfer the gaiter to the replacement if necessary, and fit the new one by simply following the reverse procedure.
