To remove the inner panel of the rear hatch of the Audi A6, lift the hatch itself and loosen the two screws located at the base of the panel. After these fasteners are removed, use a tool to pry off the inner panel so it can be replaced with a new one. After replacement, secure it with the screws and reinstall the light.
