- Years 2020-2024 To reset the MMI system of the Audi A3, you need to turn on the instrument panel so that you can operate the central display of the dashboard using the touch screen controls. You will need to select the "System maintenance" option and then "Restore factory settings". This will open a screen where there will be a confirmation button located in the lower center. By selecting this confirmation button, the system will be reset to the factory settings. After the operation is complete, you can turn off the instrument panel completely.
