Window Switch Replacement

This guide briefly explains how to replace the window switch panel in your car in case of failure or breakage. Changing the electric window switch panel is much simpler than it may seem at first glance. Before ordering the new part, remove the old one. Use a medium-sized flathead screwdriver to gently pry at the corners of the old switch panel. Be careful with the force applied, as the plastic surrounding the switch panel is somewhat delicate. At some point, the switch panel will come off on its own. Once it is removed from its housing, disconnect the wire connector by simply pulling it towards you.

Carry out the removal of the left driver's door panel on a Toyota Aygo, here’s how to proceed. Before starting the disassembly, disconnect the battery terminals located in the engine bay. Use a lever or screwdriver to remove the window winder from the door panel.
