How to Replace the Window Regulator on an Audi A4

Model: Audi A4 B7 - Years 2004-2008

Before you can start, open the door of your Audi A4. Begin by removing the door panel, disengaging the clips, unscrewing the mounting screws, and disconnecting the various electrical connectors and the handle cable. Next, unscrew and remove the screws that secure the window regulator to the door, then take out the window along with the regulator. At this point, unscrew and remove the screws that attach the regulator to the window, then remove the window itself, and you will have completed the disassembly. To install the new regulator and reassemble everything, simply follow these steps in reverse, and you will have finished the replacement.
