Audi A6 - Video tutorial

Model: Audi A6 C6, MK 3 - Years 2004-2012
Part: Tail light
Operation: How to change the rear taillight of an Audi A6 MK3

In this video we can see how to remove the rear taillight of an Audi A6: in this specific case, the taillight had filled with water due to a gasket mounted incorrectly. With a 13mm wrench, we enter directly from the rear trunk, where we have access to remove the headlight. Once the fixing bolt is removed, using a piece of cardboard for assistance, we remove the gasket from the hatch side, then by moving the headlight a bit, we are able to remove it; we disconnect the electrical connector and free the optical group. Gently remove the rear part that is interlocked and contains the bulbs and we have identified the problem: the gasket was mounted upside down.

Replace the steering angle sensor on the Volkswagen Golf 5

When the steering angle sensor malfunction warning light comes on, it may need to be replaced as follows: first remove the steering wheel and the lower steering wheel guard by removing the three fixing screws. The steering sensor is located just below the steering column. To release it you need to have a small screwdriver and insert it into the hole on the front, push the screwdriver all the way down until the clips at the bottom are released. Next, pull down on the back of the card containing the sensor and disengage it from the steering column. At that point take the new card and reposition it, after which proceed backwards to reassemble the various components.
