In this video, see how to remove the rear light on an Audi A6. In this specific case, the light filled with water due to an incorrectly installed gasket. Using a 13mm wrench, access the rear trunk where you can remove the headlight.

Once you remove the mounting bolt, use a small piece of cardboard to pull the gasket out from the opening side of the hatch. Then, by moving the headlight slightly, you can take it out; disconnect the electrical connector and free the light assembly.

Gently remove the back part that snaps in and contains the bulbs, and you will find the problem: the gasket was installed upside down.
