Setting the clock on an Audi A6 C5 is a very simple and quick operation. First, turn on the ignition.

Then, press the button/dial located on the instrument cluster. When the clock on the display starts to blink, rotate the dial to set the hours, confirm, then adjust the minutes and confirm again.

To complete the reset, turn off and then turn on the ignition again. This procedure can be performed on all Audi models, and the steps are mostly the same.
