Disassembly of the alternator of the Audi A6 3.0 TDI

In this short and simple guide, we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the alternator of the Audi A6 3.0 TDI. First, we lift the car and start disassembling and removing the front bumper, thus gaining access to the alternator; then we disconnect the serpentine belt by loosening the tensioner, and unscrew the alternator bolts, as shown in the video. At this point, we disconnect the alternator wiring to remove it, replacing it with the new original one; we reassemble the alternator and all other components, following the reverse procedure!
