In this video, follow the main instructions to remove the alternator from an Audi A6 3.0 TDI V6. First, open the hood of your car and disconnect the battery using a 10 mm wrench to remove the terminal bolts. Next, disconnect the power terminals from the alternator and remove the mounting bolts using a ratchet wrench.

At this point, proceed to remove the serpentine belt to take out and replace the alternator; then apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!
