Reset of the Audi MMI system

If suddenly the touch commands of the Audi MMI multimedia system do not respond adequately or the navigator freezes on a screen, it is advisable to restart the system. Sit in the driver's seat, with the instrument panel on, press and hold the volume knob on the central tunnel for ten seconds. We will see the screens of the navigator and air conditioning turn off, release the knob and after a few seconds the welcome screen will appear and all functions will gradually appear, to complete the reset procedure it will take a couple of minutes.
