How to Remove the Fuel Tank from the Benelli TNT 600

Below is the procedure to remove and replace the fuel tank on the Benelli TNT 600 motorcycle. First, place the bike on a stand and start by removing the rider's seat; then unscrew the fastening screws found both at the top and bottom of the tank, as shown in the video.

Next, lift the tank and disconnect the fuel line and the electrical connector for the float; then remove and replace the tank with a new one, applying the reverse procedure!
