Model: Beta Rr 50

In this guide, we will see the main steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the thermal unit consisting of the cylinder head, cylinder, and piston of the Beta RR 50 enduro motorcycle. First, we put the stand and start disassembling and removing the cylinder head by unscrewing the fixing screws; disconnect the coolant pipe and the intake manifold, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the cylinder and remove the piston pin, also removing it; replace the thermal unit with a new one if necessary, respecting all assembly criteria!
