First, warm up the bike for a couple of minutes. This will make the oil less viscous and more fluid, speeding up the draining process. Do not overheat the engine to avoid burns later. Collect the used oil in a container, first removing the upper filler cap (both the filler and drain holes must be opened to prevent a vacuum and facilitate the outflow of the lubricant). Now open the lower hole so that the oil drains into the container, then close the drain and fill the engine oil compartment with a 10W-40 lubricant. Refit the upper cap.

How to Dismantle the TM Racing KZ10C Engine?

To dismantle the TM Racing KZ10C engine, first remove it from its housing by unscrewing the screws that secure it to the respective supports and disconnecting all cables. Once the block is freed, loosen the screws that secure the cylinder so it can be removed from the top; after removal, unscrew the screws that secure the two side casings, removing these as well to access the additional components inside the engine. After replacing the affected parts, close the engine by securing the casings again.
