To replace the clutch discs on the Beta 300RR, open the cover sealing the clutch casing: this is located on the left side of the bike and you will need to use a pneumatic gun to loosen the bolts securing the casing. Once opened, use the same gun to loosen all the spring pins holding the discs: when the pins are removed, the old discs can be extracted and replaced. The new discs must be secured with the same pins, and the clutch should be sealed by reinstalling the cover that was removed earlier.
