To change the engine oil of a BMW S1000RR, start by ensuring that the engine is cold. Lift the motorcycle with a center or side stand to make it stable. Find and remove the oil filler cap on the engine crankcase. Place a container under the oil drain plug and unscrew the plug to drain the old oil. Once the oil is completely drained, screw the drain plug back in with a new gasket if necessary. Add the new oil through the filler cap using a funnel. Consult the owner's manual to determine the correct type and quantity of oil. Make sure not to exceed the maximum fill level. After adding the oil, replace the filler cap and tighten it securely, and you will have completed the replacement.
