Remove the engine oil filter on a BMW R1100 GS. Position the motorcycle on a centre stand; remove the plastic filler cap and, using a spanner, unscrew the bolt from the oil sump (drain the fluid into a container). Unscrew the oil filter located next to the oil sump. Remove the worn cartridge oil filter and fit a new one after cleaning around the oil sump (install the new oil filter). Finally, top up the new fluid in the engine heads and close with the plastic cap. Check the oil level.
