Changing the oil and air filters on BMW R1100 Gs

To access and change the air filter, simply remove the saddle by inserting the ignition key in the hole under the saddle, remove the clips and the consequent cover of the filter compartment. Remove the same and insert the new one. On the left side of the bike, in the lower part, there is the oil filter, while on the right side there is the exhaust with the Allen cap. For refilling new oil (800 ml of SAE 90 GL-5 oil) there is the upper filler cap near the valve cover. Before inserting the new oil filter, remember to lubricate the relative OR, even with used oil.

How do you reset the Service warning light on the Aprilia Shiver 750?

In order to reset the Aprilia Shiver Service warning light, the instrument panel must be turned on, so that the menu can be accessed: by moving the controls to the right of the steering wheel, it will be possible to select the "Diagnostics" item. Then you will have to enter the code 12390 to access the Diagnostics menu: at this point, by selecting "Coupons reset" a confirmation screen will appear. By selecting "Yes" it will be possible to reset the maintenance intervals; once this operation has been completed, it will be possible to switch the ignition off and on again to check it.
