How to change the gear oil of a BMW GS

To change the gearbox oil of the BMW GS, we must first of all arrange the bike in a stable and safe manner in order to be able to work on it. Now let's start by removing the oil filler and drain plug using the appropriate key. After placing a pan under the oil drain hole, we wait for all the gearbox oil to flow out. At the end of this operation, after having cleaned it, reinsert the oil drain plug (with the new gasket). At this point, we can pour the new gear oil through the oil filling hole. After this, we can reassemble the oil filler cap (after having cleaned the cap itself and the hole). Thus, we have finished the whole operation!

How do you reset the Service warning light on the Aprilia Shiver 750?

In order to reset the Aprilia Shiver Service warning light, the instrument panel must be turned on, so that the menu can be accessed: by moving the controls to the right of the steering wheel, it will be possible to select the "Diagnostics" item. Then you will have to enter the code 12390 to access the Diagnostics menu: at this point, by selecting "Coupons reset" a confirmation screen will appear. By selecting "Yes" it will be possible to reset the maintenance intervals; once this operation has been completed, it will be possible to switch the ignition off and on again to check it.
