How to Change the Gearbox Oil on a BMW GS

Model: Bmw R1100 Gs
Part: Transmission fluid

Video tutorial

To change the gearbox oil on a BMW GS, first, ensure the bike is stable and secure for working on. Start by removing the oil fill and drain plug using the appropriate spanner. After placing a container under the drain hole, wait for all the gearbox oil to drain out. Once this operation is complete, refit the drain plug (after cleaning it) with a new gasket.

At this point, pour the new gearbox oil through the fill hole. Once done, refit the oil fill plug (after cleaning both the plug and the hole).

This completes the entire operation!

To replace the clutch lever on the Sherco SEF 300, you need to loosen the screws that secure the lever to its housing on the left side of the handlebars. Once these screws are loosened, you can unscrew the nut at the base of the lever to disconnect the clutch cable attached to the corresponding lever.
