As should be done for any maintenance operation to be performed on a motorcycle, we place our BMW R1200GSA on the stand on a surface. This, in order to preserve the safety of the operator. Once this is done, we take the leg cover and, once it is placed on the saddle of the bike, we fix it to the bike itself by arranging the special straps around the handlebar, on the front. While, on the sides, we fix the straps to the frame, in correspondence with the pedal and to the appropriate stop, placed at an average distance between the saddle and the pedal. In this way, the footmuff is assembled and ready to be used.

How do you change the Piaggio MP3 engine oil?

The Piaggio MP3 engine oil change is carried out by unscrewing the oil drain plug which is positioned in the lower part of the bike, immediately in front of the rear wheel. Once the cap has been opened, it will be possible to let the used oil flow into a suitably positioned container. Next to the drain plug there will be the oil filter, which must be extracted from its seat and replaced with a new spare part. After the replacement, it will also be possible to close the drain plug and top up from the special vent.
