Before resetting the "service" warning light, we should place our BMW R 1200GS LC, on the stand, in a stable and safe position so that we can work on it while safeguarding the operator's safety. At this point, we connect the electronic interface device with the on-board computer. The connection must be made with the pin found under the right side casing, immediately under the tank. Now, let's start the "Moto Scan" app, on our phone, and choose the model of the bike. We choose the menu item "Instrumentation" and then "Service reset". Let's reset the 2 items indicating the date and the kilometers and that's it!

Changing the gearbox oil of the Aprilia Rx 50

In this video tutorial we will see how to change the transmission oil of the Aprilia Rx 50 2-stroke enduro motorcycle, following these simple and quick steps. First of all, we put our motorcycle on the stand and begin to unscrew the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes; after which we unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover, replacing the cartridge with the new one. At this point we unscrew the gear oil filler screw, top up and finally check the transmission oil level!
