Replacing the windshield wiper blades is maintenance that can certainly be done as a DIY project without much difficulty. The first step is to choose and purchase new blades: it is advisable to opt for a quality product that ensures excellent durability and perfect adherence to the windshield. The replacement is quite easy; simply lift the wiper arm, rotate the blade 90 degrees, and slide it off the anchoring pin. Insert the new blade onto the same pin, keeping it at a 90-degree angle to the arm, then rotate it parallel to the arm and lower it onto the windshield.
