How to replace the wiper blades of a BMW 3 Series?

To replace the windshield wiper blades of a BMW 3 Series, start by positioning the wipers in maintenance mode. Turn on the instrument panel without starting the engine and quickly turn it off, then move the wiper lever upwards and hold it for a few seconds. The wiper arms will position themselves vertically, making access easier. At this point, gently lift the wiper arm. Locate the blade attachment mechanism, which usually includes a tab or a clip. Press the clip to release the old blade and slide the blade outwards to remove it. Take the new blade, making sure it is compatible with the model of your BMW 3 Series. Insert it into the wiper arm following the reverse movement of the removal and hook it properly. Make sure it is securely attached to avoid issues during use. Finally, return the wiper arms to their initial position by gently lowering them. Test the system to ensure that the new blades work correctly and clean the windshield without leaving streaks or smudges.
