How to Clean the Intake Manifolds on the BMW 3 Series

To remove the intake manifold on this vehicle, follow the instructions below and the images in the video tutorial. The first step is to open the hood, and to reach the manifold, you need to remove the flange of the exhaust gas recirculation duct and the plastic panel located just below the windshield. Remove the screws that are also present above the manifold. At this point, the piece will be free and can be extracted from the engine bay. If you intend to clean the duct, you can use a degreaser to wash it and remove all the residue present.
