How to Reset the Service Light on a BMW X3

Learn how to reset the service light on a BMW X3. To reset the maintenance light: turn on the vehicle's ignition, use the button located above the instrument cluster (a menu will appear). Once in the settings menu, scroll up/down with the button until you find the "Reset" option, select it with the end of the lever (located above the lever next to the steering wheel) to turn off the maintenance light, and exit the settings menu. Check the instrument cluster by turning it off and on again with the key fob.
