This guide will show you how to remove and replace the steering wheel on the BMW 3 Series. First, get inside the cabin and start by removing the airbag by pushing on the two holes on the back; then disconnect its electrical connector, as shown in the video. Next, unscrew the central steering wheel bolt, disconnecting the wiring for the steering controls; remove the steering wheel and replace it with the new one, ensuring it is perfectly straight. Then reconnect the electrical connections, finally reinstalling the airbag!
