Polishing/Waxing the Car Body

Before proceeding with polishing the car body, here are some useful tips. Ensure the body is clean and dry: dust residues can scratch, and water or humidity can make both application and removal of the wax difficult. For the same reasons, avoid having the body hot: do not park the vehicle in the sun before polishing it. Apply masking tape on the seals and/or plastic trim: many polishing products tend to dull these elements or seep into their pores.
Polish one section at a time: if you apply wax to the entire body, it becomes difficult to remove as it dries excessively. Once you have followed these suggestions, apply the wax first to the pad, spread it on the body without starting the polisher, and then start the polisher making orbital movements without exceeding the rotation speed and pressure (if you exceed, you risk overheating the paint and removing it).
Once the body appears uniformly dull, remove the wax with a microfiber cloth.

How to Replace the External Wing Mirror on a Ford C MAX

In the event of a breakage, it will be necessary to replace the external wing mirror on the 2011 Ford C MAX. This operation is easily performed independently.
