Before you can start, ensure that the service has been carried out, then sit in the driver's seat of your BMW 1 Series. Begin by pressing the appropriate button on the dashboard, located under the speedometer, to open the internal menu.

Next, select "Vehicle Maintenance", and then "Service". Select "Service" and it will give you the option to reset. At this point, confirm your intention to perform the reset.

Once confirmed, you will have successfully reset the "Service" light on your BMW 1 Series.
