In this brief and simple guide, you will learn how to remove and replace the exterior mirror of the BMW X5 by following the instructions below. First, open the front door and start removing the door panel by unscrewing the fastening screws; also remove the triangular plastic cover, then unscrew the fastening screws of the exterior mirror as shown in the video.

At this point, disconnect the electrical connector of the mirror by pulling it out from the outside; replace it with the new one and reassemble everything!
