Replacing the Power Steering Reservoir Cap Seal

Model: BMW Serie 5 E39 - Years 1995-2003

If you notice oil leaks around the power steering reservoir cap, the underlying seal may be damaged: it is an o-ring made of rubber that, due to the corrosive action of the oil, could have deteriorated, failing to maintain a proper seal. To replace this seal, open the hood, locate the power steering oil reservoir, unscrew the cap, and remove the old seal from the groove under the cap using a small screwdriver, then insert the new one, ensuring it fits correctly.

Where is the Fuel Filter Located in a Volvo XC60?
