How to Remove the Steering Wheel Airbag on a Buick Envision?

To remove the steering wheel airbag on a Buick Envision, loosen the two screws located at the back of the steering wheel: these can be accessed by turning the steering wheel first to the right and then to the left. Once these two screws are loosened, you can pull the airbag out of its housing by disconnecting the connectors at the back. Connect the new airbag to these connectors so it can be inserted back into the center of the steering wheel; finally, secure it by tightening the screws at the back of the steering wheel.
