If the key battery in your vehicle is dead and you want to replace it yourself, follow the instructions and steps provided in the description and video. First, take a small screwdriver to pry open the back and remove the cover. This gives you access to the compartment that contains the battery, which you can take out and replace with a new one (model CR 2032). Position the battery with the positive terminal facing up, then close the cover.
