How to Replace the Front Bumper on a Captiva

Let's see how to remove the damaged front bumper on a Chevrolet Captiva. Remove the bumper to replace it with a new one. Lift the car on a jack, unscrew the securing screws located at the top of the bumper (plastic protection). Once the screws at the top are removed, take off the side impact absorbers and unscrew the screws in the wheel arch liners (remove the pins at the bottom of the bumper). Remove the bumper by hand from the front of the Chevrolet (disconnect the electrical terminals of the fog lights if present). Fit the new bumper and screw in all the screws.
