As we can see in this tutorial, replacing the cabin air filter in the Chevrolet Optra, also marketed as Daewoo Lacetti and Baojun 630, is a very simple and fast operation. The filter is located behind the glove compartment on the passenger side, to access it simply go under the dashboard without having to remove the drawer. Once the long rectangular door has been located, unscrew the 4 bolts located along the perimeter with a 7mm socket wrench, then remove the filter and insert the spare one, taking care to respect its direction.

There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother.
