Replacing the Rear Headlamp Bulb

This guide shows how to correctly and independently change the bulb of the rear headlamp on your car. You will need a new bulb and a spanner. When it needs replacing, a warning light usually appears on the dashboard. To replace it, first remove the headlamp by unscrewing the screws that attach the black plastic of the headlamp to the frame with the spanner. After removing the two screws, carefully extract the headlamp, which is secured to the frame by two plastic clips. Then, unclip the four plastic tabs that secure the base where the bulbs sit to the rest of the headlamp and remove the base to take out the blown bulb.
