Chevrolet Matiz - Video tutorial

Model: Chevrolet Matiz MK 1 - Years 1998-2010
Part: Fuse box
Operation: How to restart a Chevrolet Matiz after a "water bomb" (flood)

In this video, we learn about a very useful thing regarding what unfortunately can happen in those atmospheric conditions that nowadays happen with a certain frequency and are called "water bombs", perhaps accompanied by the fall of copious hail and lightning strikes near our car. Although we know that we do not run any risk for lightning strikes aboard our vehicle, this does not mean that such adverse weather conditions cannot cause damage, especially to small cars like a Chevrolet Matiz. It happens, in fact, that after one of these real "tornadoes", our little car seems "dead"; but we know where to act. In the fuse box located on the right side of the battery (therefore in front of the driver), we find the fuse box. The first two we see in the video are the F15 and F23 and are respectively called "service 2" and "service 1". Simply changing them (always keep two spare) will restart the car.

Always with the help of the small screwdriver, proceed to make the va and lift the battery out of the housing. Then take the new battery (check the type) and place it on the housing, always making sure to position it with the positive pole facing upwards.
